This is a big week in our household.  Our guy Henry went to half day kindergarten last year.  And this week, without knowing a friend, he excitedly said he wanted to do the weeklong, 9-3:30, science camp that Charley has done the last two years.  We packed his lunch and today both boys are away.  ALL. DAY. LONG.  So when Syd and I drove away.... 

....and we stopped at the bank which gave me a chance to safely capture the reality that will happen fall of 2014!   Coming this fall it will be time for some serious mother and daughter time.  So this week is kind of like a preview.  A reminder to relish the next couple months when all three are underfoot, often driving me nuts :)  So, as we climbed into the car, Miss Syd asked if we could go get a donut.  And so off we went.  

Maybe she gets the stomach turning realization that Henry is growing up and going to go off...and her afternoon permanent playdate, isn't going to always be there.  Who am I kidding...this was probably more likely the face boycotting the camera in her face.  

Last week I made a major upgrade to my camera and lens collection!  So these were taken with both new items and I have fallen in love!  And participating in this blog circle gives me a chance to do exactly what I love to do and how I fell in love with photography.  I LOVE telling stories with photographs.
