Just a week ago I met this adorable family.  They opened the door to me so smiley and welcoming.  

Miss Adelynn is embracing the 9 month stage...moving but not too quickly.  Standing and walking along furniture.  Smiling.  And finding so much joy in the little things.  Like bubbles and tickles with mom and dad.  So we captured their now during their family session.  The bubbles that mama pulled out were amazing!  Although they didn't get the little lady too excited...she was more mesmerized than anything!   I need to get some of these bubbles!  

This proud papa and his daughter have a lifetime of adventures ahead.  Soon enough they will be wandering the sidewalks, looking at bugs, splashing in puddles, and taking the neighborhood by storm.  But for now, quiet moments gazing outside were captured. 

This next picture is probably my very favorite from the shoot.  I just LOVE her eyes and the look she is giving.  Her tiny little fingers and those wee little lips making that little pout.  

And mom and dad got into the book but, Miss A just wanted to eat it.  And that right there, is their now!  Embrace it and let her nibble up those books!  The beginning of a journey with books starts by tasting them!  You go little lady! 

At the end of the shoot dad carried her into her room and started the bottle. 

And then mama switched places and finished the job!  Look at those eyelashes!  

And the second shoot for a 7-9 month old ended with the little one snoozing away.  I wanted to dawdle and take my time because, this stage of at least one nap, maybe 2, is long past in my house.  So leaving their house meant, I was going to be returning to the chaos of my three!  But I left knowing we captured so many beautiful pictures of their now.  

Sweet dreams, little Lady.  Until we meet again!
