Mini-Session giveaway!

From my experience, I notice that often times we mamas are the ones who are carrying the cameras and snapping the pictures. All to often I upload pictures after special family outings, holidays, or fun-filled weekends and there are no pictures of me. I will admit that I LOVE taking pictures but, I will also admit that by carrying the camera I am less likely to be in the picture, a trick I use to avoid having the lens on me.

Most moments of the day, I sadly don't feel ready for a picture. Maybe I forgot make-up, my hair is a mess or needs a new cut or color, my clothes are spilled on, and I just know I am not feeling photo worthy. But the sad thing is, someday, I will regret not being in more pictures. I know my kids will wish I was in more. I treasure every single picture of my mom. Especially the everyday shots.

To our children we are always beautiful. We are much to hard on ourselves.

So in honor of Mother's day - I will be announcing a morning or evening of mini sessions for moms and their little ones. Mama can bring their little ones and have a few special moments captured together. I will miss our bedtime routine watching them brushing their teeth on their tip toes to reach the sink and the cries of "one more story!" I will miss watching them fall asleep and their little snores.

I will miss doing everything together. Sharing how to do everything in life. As much as I think Im teaching her how to do things everyday, she's really teaching me more. Snuggling with those little arms wrapped around my neck.
